03 / Concretely

What you can ask us for.

Eight kinds of project we're set up to deliver well — pick one, mix two, or bring something we haven't listed.

  1. Small social network

Feeds, profiles, follows, DMs and notifications — for niche communities that don't fit on Reddit or Discord.

  2. Live transit & fleet tracking

GPS tracking for vehicles, deliveries or transit lines — with maps, live ETAs, route history and driver apps.

  3. Booking & calendar systems

Appointments with shared calendars, reminders, deposits, no-show handling and provider availability — like the system behind a salon or clinic.

  4. AI assistants on your data

An LLM chat that answers from your documents, database or codebase — with cited sources, streaming UI and evals you can trust.

  5. Two-sided marketplace

Listings, search, ratings, secure payments, payout splits and dispute handling — Stripe Connect on day one.

  6. Internal admin & ops tools

A back-office your operations team will actually like — fast CRUD, role-based access, exports, audit logs, and zero ceremony.

  7. Subscription SaaS dashboards

Customer-facing dashboards with billing (Stripe), multi-tenancy, usage metrics, plan limits and admin views — ready to scale.

  8. Habit & health trackers

Daily logs, streaks, color zones, Apple Watch complications and home-screen widgets — see Hunger Timer below for an example.

04 / Studio

Why teams pick us.

A small senior studio based between Prague and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. We design, write the code, talk to your users, ship to the App Store, and run the deploys — and we keep our tools sharp on purpose.

  1. Modern stack, picked carefully

We track every release — React 19, Remix 2, Expo SDK 54 — and ship what's production-ready, not what's trending. We invest in the tools so you don't have to.

  2. AI-fluent, in production

We've shipped streaming UI, function calling, custom RAG and eval pipelines end to end. We know where LLMs help — and where they don't.

  3. Ship in weeks, or in a day

Tight feedback loops. Working product on day three, not month three. Small marketing sites delivered next-day, deploy and domain included.

  4. Senior, end to end

No PMs, no juniors. We design, code, deploy, and submit to stores — directly with you. The same hands that take the brief ship the binary.

07 / FAQ

Common questions.

What people ask before they hit send. If yours isn't here, the form below works fine.

  1. How fast can you actually launch a small site?

The 24-hour promise covers brochure sites and landing pages — a single page or a small set of content pages, with deploy and DNS handled. Anything with custom forms, a CMS, or auth is measured in days, not hours. We tell you which bucket your project falls into in the first reply.

  2. Do you build only iOS, or Android too?

Both. The default stack is React Native + Expo with EAS, which lets us ship to App Store and Google Play from one codebase. When a feature genuinely needs native — rare — we drop to Swift or Kotlin and integrate with the rest of the app.

  3. Can you take over an existing project?

Yes — rescue and continuation work is welcome, especially React Native, Remix, or Astro codebases. We start with a paid audit (one to two days) and report back on what's salvageable, what needs a rewrite, and what we'd ship next. No obligation to continue with us afterwards.

  4. What does a project cost?

It depends on scope. The smallest marketing sites land within a single day for a small fixed fee. Web apps and mobile apps are measured in weeks and quoted after a discovery call. You get a fixed range before you commit anything — no hourly billing surprises.

  5. Do you build AI features?

Yes — streaming UI, function calling, custom RAG, eval pipelines. We've shipped these end-to-end, not just in demos. Tell us the use case and we'll be honest about whether an LLM is the right tool, or whether a smaller deterministic system fits better.

  6. What happens after launch?

Two paths. Either we hand off cleanly with documentation and you take it from there, or we stay on a small monthly retainer for changes, monitoring, and store submissions. Up to you — and you can switch between the two later.
